LEKA Roof - The Solid Conservatory Roof System

A solid tiled roof will add privacy to a conservatory and boost its thermal performance. Modern tiled roof systems feature high performing insulation capacity, versatile design options, and a stylish and attractive finish both inside and out.

The Leka, warm roof conservatory system has been engineered through innovation, technical design and years' of practical experience to create one of the most advanced conservatory roof systems available.

It features a lightweight tiled roof, constructed using high quality Metrolite or Tapco tiles. The lightweight tiles are supported by GRP rafters which are attached to the conservatory's frame.

The GRP cladding skins come in a range of colours and offer a sustainable replication of either real brick work, stone or timber. We can even supply external boarding, immediately ready for a plasterer to render directly to.

A conservatory with a correctly specified and installed lightweight tiled roof conversion can be up 10X more thermally efficient than a conservatory with a standard polycarbonate roof.

Two layers of LEKA sheets are inserted between the rafters and the tiled roof to provide a water tight insulating layer. LEKA sheets are only a third of the weight of traditional plasterboards and can be internally skimmed for a smooth paintable finish. Cellotex insulation is added between the LEKA sheets to boost thermal efficiency levels
